  • Flat Rate: R99 nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1,000 qualify for free shipping.

  • You’ll see shipping options at checkout before payment.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS.

  • You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.

 

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping will be charged.
